The kingdom of Navia is ruled by Queen Red, she has accepted to no King and rules it by herself. Red will fool other kingdoms to form an alliance with the King or Queen and later turn on them in order to conquer their kingdom to make her own bigger, this is not always successful.

Navian is under strict control, punishments are harsh, though the kingdom is under well maintnence and supplied with a large amount of any needed source, despite being a poor area. Navian is known to have continuous battles and conquer their own freedom and power, the castle is heavily guarded to keep assassins away, as many do not agree with Red and is hated by her own kingdom. Navia is greatly inspired off of the Quasar kingdom, as the Queen did originally come from, and ruled similarly. In the Navian kingdom, it is tradition to hold a ceremony for new citizens for a scaring, in which wounds will be patched and stitched up, to look similar to the queen. Only those who are rich enough to buy their way out of the ceremony do not receive the scaring, which is rare in the kingdom.

If a new character is born into the kingdom, they must be proved worthy and loyal, willing to fight to death.

In the past, Red had come to Navia as a refugee to escape Quasar, as she had heard of the nice living conditions in the Navian Kingdom. She was taken in as an adopted daughter of sorts, and worked alongside the king. Within a few months of this, the king was growing old, and Red knew that he was weak enough to be talked into an agreement. She had gathered up a few commoners and rebeled against the king, threatening that if he didn't give up his throne to Red that she would order the small group that she had collected to attack.
In this case, the elderly king was forced to pass over his leadership, and from there on, the kingdom had grown quite poor under Red's control, and the commoners began to figure that it was a bad idea letting Red take over.

Queen Red lay silently on her chair, her tail swaying to a different side every moment.
She hated being bored, her castle was very quiet today and she enjoyed it, but there was simply nothing to do but just sit in this little white room. The queen glared around, evening giving a cold glance at the royal portrait of her picture pinned to the wall. It was just a reminder of how much work she still had yet to do. Sitting up, she stared at a black camera that hung from the low ceiling. This isn't what she wanted, she thought. She didn't want to be watched just for safety reasons.
Sitting up, she smirked at the shiny lens and leaped for it, smashing a large paw into the side. She was satisfied as she heard the clicks of tiny shards of glass hitting the floor. Landing back down onto the slick terrain, she looked around from the view of the stairs that were placed just in front of her chair, staring at the large doors down the length of the room, almost as if expecting them to open. Placing herself at the top of the steps as she sat and watched. Was this, perhaps, her time to go explore the other kingdoms? Or wait until something happened in the boring castle?

Queen Roxanna Slowly made her way to the entrance of Navian Kingdom. Her honey coloured eyes widened in aware and alarm as she made her way past the stone walls. She had not ever leaved her kingdom for a while, not counting the time when she was forcefully dragged to a nearby one. She had heard about this kingdom before by some travelers she would talk too when they passed her own kingdom. She had heard all types of positive and negative things about this foreign kingdom and thought about forming an alliance with them.
Being her shy and anti-social self, She had thought long and hard about the possibility on what might happen, trying to find some excuse for herself not to go. But soon, Curiosity took over her. She had spent some time traveling here, passing other kingdoms along the way. There where a few minor problems but she had finally manged to make it too the tall stone walls of the Kingdom. The further she traveled, the more anxious she got from the foreign behavior from the citizens. After nosing around the area, she finally took time to search for the Queen she had heard about.

Queen Red remained there for a stretch of time until she finally decided that there was nothing happening, after all. Which meant nothing worth waiting on. Shifting her weight onto the cold surface, she lay her head down on her paws and stared thoughtlessly at one of the walls. It wasn't long before she heard heavy footsteps on either side of her, she recognized the guards right away. Once they had warned her about the arrival of another queen, she sat up and began waiting, expecting that it was another queen wishing to speak to her. Red would certainly look quite funny with the glass shards that lay at her paws, though the canine thought little of this.

Carmen was in the Navian kingdom in an alley near a large pile of rubbish. Pendulum was floating beside her, examining her while she was rooting through the trash to find something to eat or steal.
{Carmen, couldn't you just ask this kingdom's rulers for assistance? I'm sure you're not known for your behavior in these parts. With that crown and robe, they'll think you are from a royal family as they are. } Pendulum said with his button eyes glowing.

"Sorry, Pendie. It's just everyone from the other places think I'm mad for knowing the truth, and talking to a stuffed rabbit. I don't think I've convinced them that I'm royal."
{Rolling around and looking in a pile of rubbish makes them think you are low-class. And you're not royal in the first place!}
Pendulum narrowed his eyes at his wolf rabbit friend, who finally got up after finding a half-eaten apple.

The female wolf had finally made it though the village, castle in sight. She huffed slightly, a stoic look fixed onto her face as she slowly made her was to the guards and Navian Queen. She lifted her head up proudly, trying to hide the fact of being honored to finally meet a new Queen from a unique kingdom. She quite liked this place, it may not be the riches but it certainly was beautiful in her opinion. She finally saw Queen Red. She froze for a second before bowing her head towards her "hilsener(Greetings), Queen. I am Queen Roxanna of United Kingdom of Brotinn Hækkaði" She began "I had came here to discuss something to you..." She began, Her eyes staring at Queen Red with emotionless

"Oh...Maybe..." Carmen said slowly. She looked around, seeing the citizens walk along the kingdom grounds, and here she was, in the shadows in all the trash trying to find something useful to her survival.
{Why don't you try to find the Navian Queen? I've heard some awful things about her-} Pendulum started.
"Awful things- ha- forget that, friend. If she's a threat I don't want to meet her face to face..."
{I'm saying something you could do. Now let me finish!} The stuffed rabbit scolded. Carmen's ears drooped down and she listened.
{We can become her silly little servants, and get into the castle. You can eat divine meals until you are full, and then we take what we want and escape, and move on to the next kingdom. Did I dumb it down enough for you?}

Queen Red blinked emotionlessly at the other queen, examining her for a moment or two. The guards moved forward to assist any help, but Red gave a snap with her maw that told them to back off. Turning her attention back to Queen Roxanna, she stood and made her way down the steps and towards her destination. The guards up above watched carefully.
The Navian queen gave a barely noticeable smirk and placed herself to sit directly infront of the other ruler. "Alright then. Nice to meet you, Queen Roxanna." She bowed her head in respect quickly, her brown gaze dull. "What is there to discuss?"

Carmen stopped fiddling around in the rubble, and stood to her feet. "Ugh.. I don't see how others walk on all fours. That garbage is impossible and not normal!" She said, brushing dirt off of her purple coat.
Pendulum looked around at the villagers and shrugged. {You are the only one walking on hind legs. I'd say you are the one that is not normal. Oh, ho ho!} He chuckled rudely.
The little wolf rabbit slowly walked out of the alley and began walking around in the kingdom slowly, with Pendulum hovering beside her.

King Nokia walk into the Navian Kingdom, he decided a few hours ago that it would be a good idea to make an alliance with another kingdom instead of sitting around waiting for another riot to happen. While walking he noticed big stone walls that seemed to be going around the entire kingdom. The kingdom was warmer then his own, it was sunnier. While walking into the castle he noticed another Queen here.

Red removed her glare from the queen and quickly shifted it to the king that had just entered through the doors behind her. She made no move, just sit there with a smirk. "Alright, so obviously there are some people who wish to talk to me." She nodded towards the unknown king as acknowledgement and began to pace, looking down to the shiny glare of the castles flooring. "I apologize, but you may have to wait in line." She looked back up at queen who had first adressed her. "I have another patient. Queen Roxanna, was it? Let's start with you, if I may. What has brought you here?"

Her glaze was fixed onto Queen Red, every muscle tense on her cream coloured body. She had no idea how Queen Red would react to this. But she needed to be careful with her words, just incase

Your proposition seems reasonable, though there is one thing missing... a deal for me, as well. Navia will offer you our protection and partial resources of ours, but what good would come to us from your kingdom? In other words, what would you offer in the deal?" Then she sat, and nodded to the king once again. "And you, you have a turn to speak in this. Have you come for the same thing?"
