Picture of Golden Kingdom
Summary
Welcome to the Kingdom of Gold! This is the original home of King Midas, before his own wife and child ordered the royal guard to imprison him! Despite the fact that much of the city was turned to gold, the items that had little or no use as the soft metal were placed in the royal vault and replaced, mostly with gold-painted items. Because of this (and because Princess Aranka often placed items inside her father's cell for him to touch), the Kingdom of Gold is one of the wealthiest.
The Kingdom of Gold is ruled with an iron fist. All royals are "allowed" (despite countless protests and rebellions) to take as much as they want from commoners. The aforementioned protests and rebellions are all quickly smothered, as it isn't too hard to hire guards when you have gold at your pawtips (literally, in the king's case).
King Eurig
Not much to tell about him. Long story short, a few years before his daughter was born, the same sorcerer that turned Aranka into living gold (Victus Adynn) was bored. So when the king passed by, the sorcerer laid a curse on him that made everything he touched turn to gold. He wore gloves when he learned of this, but they still lost a great deal of servants when he didn't pay attention and bumped into someone. Finally, when Aranka was seven, she put her father into a cell. He was willing, but like Oxy, his mind rotted after many years in the cell.
Queen Floridium
Even less to tell about her. She is the kind and quiet mother of Princess Aranka. When Aranka was transformed into a greedy monster, she was saddened, but still loved her daughter. The small bit of the old Aranka that is left loves her too.
Princess Aranka
When she was very young, she was a normal blue wolf that was always quiet and introverted, but selfless and generous. When she accidentally stepped on the evil sorcerer Victus Adynn, he awoke from his once-eternal slumber and turned her into the (literally) golden, loud, and greedy partygoer she is now. I mean literally. She's, like, a living gold statue with dollar signs for eyes. There is almost no chance of survival if you steal from the royal vault. She is looking for love, which is quite difficult in her current state.
